Britain is committed to fight against poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo
The RDCongo just go from hard times in the sub-region des grands lacs. None of the countries of this subregion has defeated this time. Assault, rebellions and riots, it has plunged several Congolese in the east in unspeakable poverty.
This is dangerous, the DRC is among the countries that recently emerged from war, it also very indebted. We need emergency assistance to displaced populations and refugees from Eastern Europe to address the poverty that beats the record.
Anxious to assist in seeking to ban the worst of poverty in vulnerable Congo, Great Britain has just 0.7 percent focus of its national income for development assistance by 2013. Already the first phase, the UK intends 18,700,000 Euro. This assistance is being implemented.
